How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your package to us in regards to an exchange or full return, you can simply visit our return center. 


Please go to our Return Center and type in your order number and reference (email address, zip code or phone number) so we can find your order in the system. 


Then select the item(s) that you would like to exchange or return. After this, please give your reasoning for your exchange or return and confirm those. You can choose between refund and credit. After your return or exchange request is processed, you can purchase an automatic return label. The costs depend on your country of residence and would be calculated off your refund amount or you'd receive an payment link to process your return lable.




To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
 

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a full refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.

All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags. If an item can't be refunded we will send you an email about this and keep the item(s) in stock for 14 days. If you don't respond to our email, the item(s) will be destroyed, no refund or resend is possible after that.

Please include a note that you want to withdraw your order. Please note that this is only possible if you send the parcel back within 14 days after you received it.
 

If you return a product without using our return center and the order is not sent back within 14 days, your return will not be accepted and returned. Please be advised that we don't offer a free return service, you have to purchase a return label at a courier of your choice yourself.


Do you ship from outside the EU?
 Make sure you follow these steps carefully:


1. Select the option 'RETURN GOODS' on the Custom Declaration form (number CN22 or CN23) 

2. Select the incoterm 'DDP' option on the Commercial Invoice. This means that the sender (you) are responsible for all costs.

Please note that we will refuse any returns/exchanges with VAT & Custom Duties and therefore will be returned to you.


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
If you are shipping an item over 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 


You are liable for the depreciation of the product(s) resulting from the use of the products, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristikcs and funtionioning of the product(s).
